1- Needs Assessment

First we’ll have a casual conversation about your business needs, most likely over Zoom or your preferred virtual meeting space.
You’ll tell me about how your business is operating currently, what your goals are, what your pain points are, etc.

2- Service selection

I will send you my recommendation, which will include implementation and monthly services, as well as cleanup if necessary. I will provide a breakdown of precisely what I’d like to do with your QBO, and we’ll meet again to chat about it.

3- Kick off

After going over any questions you may have, we’ll get our agreement signed and get to work. We’ll swap necessary documents, and then you’ll be at peace knowing in about a month, your financial reports will be timely and accurate.

4- Implementation

I’ll spend some time going over your QBO file, adding company information, adjusting existing information, updating chart of accounts, products and services, and cleaning up historical data as necessary.

5- Communication and Evaluation

Once implementation is complete, we’ll meet again to discuss what’s changed, what’s new, and to train you and your team. I’ll gather feedback from you about the process, and we’ll make sure everyone is on the same page moving forward with your monthly service.

5- Rinse and Repeat

Now that we’ve got your setup/cleanup out of the way, you can rest knowing you don’t have to look at any spreadsheets or accounting software if you don’t want to. I’ll be here to answer questions, and I’ll be keeping your books accurate and up-to-date from here out.
